FAQ
Common questions
What materials can you work with?
For the laser: hardwoods (maple, walnut, cherry), plywood, MDF, bamboo, cork, leather, and cast acrylic. For UV printing: almost any flat surface, including wood, acrylic, slate, metal, and glass.
Do you do one-off pieces?
Yes. Single custom gifts are a big part of what we do. We also handle small-batch runs for events and businesses.
Can I supply my own item?
Often, yes. Get in touch with details about the item and we'll let you know if it can be engraved or printed safely.
What file types do you accept?
SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS are ideal for logos and line art. High-resolution PNG or JPG works for photos and full-color prints. A sketch on paper is fine too.
How long does it take?
Most orders are ready 1–2 weeks after the proof is approved. Ask us if you have a deadline.
